What is TAB?

- The Teen Advisory Board is an opportunity for High School students to get involved in the community and use their pop culture knowledge in expanding the library's collection and creating new programs. Members of TAB assist librarians in various tasks that include music and DVD selection, book selection, book reviews, and program selection. If you are interested in joining TAB, please contact Miss Amber Lansing at alansing@avonctlibrary.info. You may also forward any questions or recommendations to our Teen Services e-mail at AvonTeens@gmail.com. If you are interested in applying to TAB, print out and fill in the Teen Volunteer Application Form and hand deliver it to the Avon Library's Children's Room, FAX it to us at 675-6364, or mail it to: Children's Department, Avon Free Public Library, 281 Country Club Rd., Avon, CT 06001.
